Okuri products are sold and fulfilled through our authorised retail channels, including Amazon.

When you click to purchase, you will be directed to the product listing on that platform. All shipping, delivery times, and dispatch are handled by that platform under its own delivery terms. Please refer to the shipping and delivery information shown at checkout on the platform where you complete your purchase.

If you have a question about a delivery, please use the order and tracking tools provided by the platform you purchased from, as we do not have direct access to those orders.
